Suffered from extreme tightness in my neck, shoulders and back that has got steadily worse over the years to the point it was affecting me daily. Attending regular sessions with Mike changed the game and I only wish I’d have taken the plunge sooner! Excellent, friendly service and I’d recommend him to anyone.
